Spring was late in coming and the deer ate a lot of Tulips which prompted me to go on a fencing campaign. My late spring gardens looked fine anyway. Coud'nt wait for summer.
The birds are singing, the air smells fresh and this is a great place for a garden. We can't afford too much fancy stuff and still have lights and running water, lol, so it's one rock at a time. We started out with one acre on a glacial moraine and four really cool old trees. Now it's hard to imagine what it used to look like. Every day I feel blessed to be here.
